VEER Golf operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). VEER Golf is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. VEER Golf reserves the right to accept or decline an order, subject to applicable law. An order is accepted once VEER Golf confirms acceptance and processes payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests will be handled according to our Refund Policy, applicable preorder terms, and applicable law.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or telephone number provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and any applicable consumer protection rights.
You represent that your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when your order is placed, as reflected in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices may exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be disclosed during checkout.
Prices offered through our online store may differ from prices available through other sales channels or third-party retailers.
Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If a promotion's specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will govern that promotion.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use your selected payment method and agree to pay the applicable purchase price, shipping charges, and taxes disclosed at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

VEER Golf is committed to providing a reliable and transparent delivery experience.
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order ships, customers will receive tracking information when available.
If a package is lost, damaged during transit, or does not arrive as expected, please contact orders@veergolf.com. Our Customer Experience team will investigate the issue, work with the shipping carrier when appropriate, and help resolve the matter through replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution, subject to applicable law.
Products designated as preorders will identify their estimated fulfillment timeframe before purchase. VEER Green Dot preorders are currently expected to begin fulfillment in January 2027.
If a significant delay occurs, VEER Golf will notify affected customers and explain their available options.
Nothing in this section limits customers' rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, videos, audio, product reviews, and website design, are owned by VEER Golf, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use of the Services only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, transmit, or otherwise exploit materials from the Services without prior written authorization.
Nothing in these Terms grants ownership or licensing rights to intellectual property belonging to VEER Golf, Shopify, or any third party except as expressly stated.
VEER Golf's names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or other intellectual property of VEER Golf or its licensors. Shopify's trademarks remain the property of Shopify. Other trademarks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

VEER Golf is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with VEER Golf.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and VEER Golf, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with VEER Golf, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

14.4 Agents must identify themselves in HTTP/HTTPS requests using a user-agent identifier such as "Agent/[agent name]." Agents must not conceal their automated nature, mimic human behavior to bypass access controls, circumvent CAPTCHAs, provide false responses about whether they are automated, or evade measures designed to restrict automated access.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations incurred before termination or rights and obligations that are intended to survive termination.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VEER GOLF, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AS WELL AS SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO CLAIMS ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORIES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to cooperate reasonably in the defense of indemnified claims.
